excellent showeramazing staff
The staff at reception and breakfast were amazing. The location makes walking everywhere possible. I had an executive double or twin room, it was spacious. The shower was excellent too.

the breakfast room boasts really good food alongside its beauty.
The air conditioning in my room was not adjustable. It reverted to its original setting after a few minutes. i had to rely on the reception for any changes. also, the shower faucet needed repair as it was not securely in place.

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The room felt quite dated. the shower was oddly shaped. I was concerned about slipping. the bed was far too firm, and i did not sleep well .

Really good Location and Service
magnificent locationelegant roomquality linenhelpful staff
The hotel location is magnificent it is next to the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast takes place in an elegant and beautifully decorated room. The bed linen felt soft and high quality I slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful offering prompt service at all times.
The minibar wasn't consistently restocked with water I had to ask a few times.

Breakfast offered smoked salmon and fresh fruit I also appreciated the local cheeses. The coffee machine was available providing freshly ground Italian coffee. The breakfast time is convenient running from 7 AM to 11 AM for those who wake up late.
